Platform and marketplace terms
Information about the platform, your data and your rights.
Updated: 2026-10-26
1. Scope and parties
These terms concern HausBlitz24 platform use and mediation between customers and business or self-employed providers. The operator is identified in the legal notice. The service performance contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and the selected business or self-employed provider. Individually agreed service terms and mandatory consumer rights remain relevant.
2. Platform role
HausBlitz24 provides enquiries, offers, communication, contract summaries and payment features. An external provider must be identified as the contracting party for its service. HausBlitz24 does not perform the referred service itself. Comparisons cover offers received through the platform; the lowest price across the entire market is not guaranteed. A verification badge is not a guarantee of every qualification or future performance.
3. Registration and provider information
Account details must be accurate and kept current. Keep login credentials confidential. Providers may offer only services they are legally and professionally authorised to supply and must provide necessary evidence. Companies and individual providers use their assigned provider functions. Registration alone does not replace required approval.
4. Requests, offers and acceptance
A job request describes the desired work. The relevant offer, named provider, scope, price and execution terms determine the specific service. Review them before a binding acceptance. The platform records acceptance and processing status. A payment request or receipt is distinct from confirmation that work has been completed.
5. Prices, fees and payment methods
Applicable prices and any separately agreed platform fees must be shown before a binding declaration. Tax treatment depends on the contracting party and its status. These terms do not establish hidden additional charges.
Available payment methods are shown for the transaction. A bank transfer is confirmed after allocation and review. A browser success page alone does not prove receipt of payment. Payouts depend on the agreed and recorded conditions; there is no blanket guarantee of immediate payout.
6. Messages, content and reviews
Communication must remain lawful and relevant. Do not publish others’ personal information without authority. Upload content only where you have the necessary rights. Reviews must reflect your own actual experience with the offer or job. Paid, fabricated or manipulated reviews are prohibited. Report problematic content to support.
7. Performance, defects and disputes
Scope, appointments, acceptance of work, defects and agreed changes concern the relevant service contract. Raise concerns promptly with the contracting party. Support may review a case and help communication, but does not replace statutory claims or deadlines.
8. Withdrawal and cancellation
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected. They differ from contractual cancellation or a technical change of job status. Accepting an offer or paying does not itself waive a withdrawal right. Relevant details and recipients must be provided before conclusion of the contract.
9. Abuse, restrictions and account closure
Concrete indications of abuse, false identity information, unlawful content or security violations may require proportionate protective measures. Reasons and an opportunity to respond are provided where legally required. Closing a platform account does not remove existing contractual, payment or statutory retention obligations.
10. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Responsibility follows applicable law and the role actually undertaken. There is no blanket exclusion of liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health or other mandatory liability. Statutorily competent courts and mandatory consumer protection are not displaced by a blanket jurisdiction clause.
